On October 7, 2022, the Co.op Food chain has put into operation 2 new Co.op Food stores in Binh Chanh District and Thu Duc city.
With these two new food stores, Co.op Food has officially reached 546 store nationwide, including 470 stores in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City, which contributes to the expansion of price-stabilizing selling locations to serve the shopping needs of the upcoming 2023 Tet holidays.
The similarity of these two stores is that they are located in busy apartment buildings, focusing on serving residents living there.
Co.op Food CC Hoang Quan 2 store was opened at Apartment No. SH4-07, 1st floor, block HQ4, new urban area South of the city, Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard, An Phu Tay commune, Binh district. Chanh, HCMC.
Co.op Food C Lavita Charm store was opened at No. 01, floor 1+2, block A, Lavita Charm apartment building, 58 Street No. 1, Lilama 45.1 building, quarter 6, Truong Tho ward, Thu Duc city, HCMC.
According to the corporate’s plan, in 2022, the Co.op Food system will open nearly 100 new stores, bringing the total number to nearly 500 stores from North to South. It is estimated that on average, the Co.op Food system welcomes nearly 150,000 customers nationwide every day. Each Co.op Food store has about 8,000 – 10,000 essential goods items.
