On September 29, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE) of Da Nang said that they are conducting consultations with environmental impact assessment reports (EIAs) for two ecological villa projects including: Ecological villas on Western bypass (South of Hai Van tunnel) and Ecological villas overlooking Truc Dong lake.
Accordingly, the Western bypass villa project is implemented in Hoa Nhon commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city, with a total area of land of 972,304 m2. The project aims to construct an ecological urban area with a technical and social infrastructure system synchronous with the approved detailed planning and approved project schedule, in order to ensuring the synchronous connection with the surrounding infrastructure. At the same time, the project also permit selling, leasing houses, and transferring land use rights for people to build their own houses in appropriate areas according to the provisions of law.
The main construction structures include: 1,952 adjacent townhouses and social houses; 115 villas; 394 apartment buildings; commercial and service structures; kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, residential group meeting houses, markets. The project implementation schedule is from 2022 to 2026.
Meanwhile, the Truc Dong Lake Ecological Villa project is implemented in Hoa Nhon commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city, with a total area of land of 997,784 m2. The project shares similar objectives with the Western bypass one.
The main construction structures include: 99 villas with gardens; commercial and service works; a main lake-front dam of 5.119 m2; a rest stop area of 10,259m2; and water surface area of 261,635m2. Project progress is scheduled in 6 years (From 2020 to 2025).
Both projects are invested by Olympia Company Limited (Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City) – Sun Group Joint Stock Company (Hai Chau District, Da Nang City).
It is known that the Western bypass villa project is expected to have a total cost of 1,372 billion VND, in which, the project implementation cost is 645 billion VND; the value of compensation and site clearance (including support and resettlement costs) is 727 billion VND.
The Truc Dong project has a total expenditure of 771 billion VND, in which, the project implementation cost is 662 billion VND; the value of compensation and site clearance (including support and resettlement costs) is 109 billion VND.
