On June 1, Mani Hanoi Co., Ltd held the inauguration ceremony of Pho Yen 2 Factory at Diem Thuy Industrial Park, Phu Binh district. Attendants included Mr. Vu Hong Bac, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; representatives of leaders of departments, agencies and branches of the province and leaders of Pho Yen town.
Pho Yen 2 factory has an area of 8ha with a factory area of 35,000m2 specializing in manufacturing medical equipment. When brought into operation, it has become the largest factory ever of Mani Inc in Vietnam. In 2003, Mani Hanoi put Pho Yen 1 Factory into operation in Pho Yen town. The inauguration of Pho Yen 2 Factory will be an important event to meet Mani Group’s expectation of bringing the world-class medical equipment to all over the country. This also marks a major turning point in the next 50-year plan of Mani Corporation of Japan.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Hong Bac, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, said that the operation of Pho Yen 2 Factory will continue to contribute to the socio-economic development of Pho Yen town and Thai Nguyen province, thereby creating stable jobs for local workers in the province. Thai Nguyen pledges to support the Company to expand its production and business.
He also suggested that the Company fulfill the commitments of investors in production and business activities, and pay careful attention to environmental protection and labor safety. The company may also consider expanding job candidate demographics to create more jobs for the people, and at the same time actively participating in social security activities in the province. The Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee also hoped that the Company would act as a bridge to connect Japanese investors to do businesses in Thai Nguyen.
